On the 9th, Lightron announced in a regulatory filing that it has signed an overseas supply contract for optical amplifiers used in Data Center Interconnect (DCI).

The counterparty to this contract is 1Finity, an optical communication network equipment company, and the total confirmed contract amount is 2.07125 billion won (2,071,253,765 won). This amount accounts for 11.71% of the company's revenue based on the fiscal year 2025 financial statements (17.68807 billion won). Lightron has a track record of executing similar contracts with the same trading partner within the past three years.

The contract period is from June 8, 2026, to February 21, 2028. Payment will be made according to the buyer's payment terms following the receipt of goods and the end-of-month settlement. The company explained that this contract will be fulfilled through in-house production and does not involve outsourced production.

Meanwhile, this contract amount was converted into Korean won based on 1,342,355 USD, applying the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage posted exchange rate of 1,543.00 won per dollar as of June 8, 2026.
