[Analysis] Binance Whale Stablecoin Inflows Plummet by 50%... "Large Funds on the Sidelines and Exiting"

On-chain analyst Darkfost recently analyzed that the volume of stablecoin inflows from whales (large investors) holding over one million dollars on Binance has plummeted by half since September of last year.

Darkfost explained on his X (formerly Twitter), "The monthly inflow volume has decreased from about $62 billion to $33 billion," adding, "This indicates a significant contraction in the participation of large investors in the cryptocurrency market."

He assessed, "Generally, large-scale stablecoin inflows are interpreted as a signal for a market re-evaluation and an influx of buying pressure, but the recent downward trend shows the possibility of large funds staying on the sidelines or exiting." He also added, "Given the ongoing geopolitical uncertainties such as the U.S.-Iran conflict...", pointing out the impact of macroeconomic risks on market fund flows.
