The counterparty to this contract is Japan's Toshiba Plant Systems and Services Corporation, and the exact contract amount is 188,320,165,600 KRW. This figure amounts to 24.3% of the company's consolidated revenue (774,116,878,915 KRW) based on the fiscal year-end 2025 financial statements. BHI stated that it has a track record of executing similar contracts with this company over the past three years.

The main details of the contract are as follows:

• Supply details: Overseas LNG combined-cycle power plant equipment • Contract period: From May 29, 2026, to April 30, 2033 (approximately 6 years and 11 months) • Payment terms: Payment within 30 days from the receipt of the invoice (including advance payment) • Exchange rate application: 125,063,200 USD converted at the exchange rate as of May 29, 2026 (1 USD = 1,505.80 KRW)

The company explained that the contract amount is the result of applying the aforementioned exchange rate, but added that the contract period and amount may be subject to change depending on the progress of the construction project.
