GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C) has been selected as the contractor for the 'Geumjeong District 4 Redevelopment Project,' which is being promoted in the Geumjeong-dong area of Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do.

According to the company's regulatory filing on the 1st, the planned construction cost for this project is approximately 338.2 billion won (excluding value-added tax). This amount is equivalent to 2.72% of GS E&C's consolidated revenue based on the end of 2025.

The project site encompasses the area of 754 Geumjeong-dong, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is a redevelopment project to construct 900 apartment units, ranging from 4 underground floors to 33 above-ground floors, along with ancillary and welfare facilities.

The date of selection as the contractor was May 30, and the construction period is 42 months from the actual commencement date of construction.

GS E&C stated that it plans to make a separate additional disclosure with the confirmed details once the main contract is signed in the future.
