According to a report by Chosun Biz, former Bithumb Holdings Chairman Lee Jung-hoon, the founder of Bithumb, has won his appeal in a 12 billion won damages lawsuit related to the failed listing of Bithumb Coin (BXA). The lawsuit stemmed from the process of selling Bithumb shares in 2018. The court ruled that it is difficult to conclude that former Chairman Lee's side had promised the listing of BXA Coin on Bithumb.
