According to The Block, Grayscale has submitted an amendment to its S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its Hyperliquid Staking ETF (ticker: HYPG).
The management fee specified in the amendment is 0.29%, which is lower than similar funds previously launched by Bitwise (0.34%) and 21Shares (0.30%).
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart projected on his X (formerly Twitter) account that "Grayscale's Hyperliquid ETF launch is imminent" and that "trading could begin as early as this week."
