[Reporter Park Jong-gyu] The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute announced the results of its big data analysis of the mobile banking brand reputation for June 2026. This survey was conducted on 16 mobile banking brands from May 1 to June 1, and the domestic consumer big data utilized for the analysis amounted to 6,727,785 cases, a 0.04% decrease from the previous month (6,730,269 cases).

Nonghyup Mobile Banking took 1st place in the June mobile banking brand reputation. The brand reputation index, which comprehensively combines participation, media, communication, and community indices, was 1,189,568, an 8.84% increase compared to the previous month. The detailed indices were recorded as a participation index of 252,658, a media index of 378,981, a communication index of 385,810, and a community index of 172,119.

2nd place 'Hana Bank Mobile Banking' recorded a participation index of 266,459, a media index of 224,155, a communication index of 213,747, and a community index of 174,418, totaling a brand reputation index of 878,779. This is a 12.10% increase from the previous month.

3rd place 'iM Bank Mobile Banking' combined a participation index of 243,661, a media index of 239,361, a communication index of 219,755, and a community index of 124,922 to record a brand reputation index of 827,699. This is a 0.05% increase compared to the previous month.

This was followed by Shinhan Bank (684,612, down 1.75%), Industrial Bank of Korea (517,748, down 17.72%), Busan Bank, Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank, Gyeongnam Bank, Korea Development Bank, SC First Bank, Gwangju Bank, Suhyup, Jeonbuk Bank, and Jeju Bank within the top 15.

Koo Chang-hwan, Director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, "In the June mobile banking brand reputation, Nonghyup Mobile Banking ranked 1st," and "The overall big data for the category decreased by 0.04% compared to the previous month." He further explained, "While brand consumption rose by 0.49%, brand issues by 6.15%, and brand diffusion by 11.42%, brand communication fell by 15.00%."
