According to the May voting results, Hwang Young-woong secured 1st place with 63,553 votes, earning a 37.9% vote share in this race. Achieving consecutive victories, Hwang maintained a solid voter base and showcased a strong presence within the category.

The competition to defend rankings continued in the top tier. Jung Seo-ju kept her 2nd place position with 31,117 votes and an 18.5% vote share, while Byeon Woo-seok rose to 3rd place by securing 15,659 votes (9.3%). Both artists maintained their spots in the highest tier following last month, forming the leading pack.

Active ranking changes occurred in the middle tier. Kim Hye-yoon recorded 13,444 votes (8.0%) to take 4th place, followed closely by Son Tae-jin in 5th place with 13,409 votes (8.0%). Jang Min-ho secured 6th place with 13,247 votes (7.9%). Meanwhile, Min Soo-hyun, who ranked 4th last month, saw his ranking drop to 7th place, finishing with 5,729 votes (3.4%) in this voting round.

The lower tier rankings were also filled amid enthusiastic fan participation. Park Ji-hyun defended his 8th place spot with 5,350 votes (3.2%), and Yang Ji-eun recorded 9th place with 3,649 votes (2.2%). Song Ga-in ultimately secured 2,694 votes (1.6%), finishing this month's CF Model category vote in 10th place.

These results, which highlighted Hwang Young-woong's defense of his lead and notable ranking shifts in the middle-to-upper tiers, foreshadow fierce competition among the stars continuing into June as well.
