The answer keys for the Korean, Math, and English sections of the high school sophomore (11th grade) '2026 June National Joint Academic Evaluation' held on the 4th have been released.
This June National Joint Academic Evaluation was hosted by the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education for high school freshmen and sophomores, while the June mock evaluation for high school seniors was hosted by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation.
In particular, the June academic evaluation holds significant meaning as it is an exam taken ahead of the summer vacation. Students can use the results to check their first-half learning outcomes and as reference material to establish their study plans for the second half of the year. The actual grade cut-offs are determined by comprehensively reflecting the score distribution and grading results of the examinees.
Experts advised that since Korean, Math, and English are considered core subjects for college admissions, students should focus on analyzing incorrect answers for each question rather than simply checking their scores. They explained that the process of carefully examining not only whether an answer is correct or not, but also in what types of questions mistakes were made, will be of great help in setting the direction for future learning.
As the exam took place ahead of the summer vacation, it is expected to serve as an important benchmark for establishing future study strategies, and interest in the results is likely to continue for some time.
Meanwhile, below are the answer keys for the Korean, Math, and English sections posted on the EBSi website.
