TiRobotics announced on the 4th that it has signed an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) supply contract worth 14.96777 billion won with Ford Energy Battery LLC of the United States.

This contract is for the supply of 'AGV Retool,' and TiRobotics made the disclosure based on the purchase order (PO) receipt date of June 3, 2026. The contract period is from June 3, 2026, to June 3, 2028, and the supply region is the United States.

The contract amount is a total of 14,967,770,000 won (14,967,768,542 won). This accounts for 34.16% of the recent sales revenue (43.81266 billion won) based on the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025.

TiRobotics plans to carry out the project using a combination of in-house and outsourced production. The payment terms are as follows: ▲ At the time of contract: 30% ▲ After arrival at the factory: 50% ▲ 3 months after Start of Production (SOP): 10% ▲ 12 months after Start of Production (SOP): 10%

Meanwhile, the contract amount was calculated based on USD 9,875,804. The company stated that it was converted into Korean won by applying the first announced exchange rate of the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on June 4, 2026, which was 1,515.60 won per dollar.
