Song Ji-hyo, who recently joined the Best Actress category for the June Netizens' Awards, has emerged as a key point of interest in the first-half finals.

As of 4:21 p.m. on the 11th, vote tallies show Kim Hye-yoon taking an overwhelming lead in the Best Actress category with 7,920 votes (52.8%). She is followed by Hwang Jung-eum with 1,428 votes (9.5%) and Lee Se-young with 1,411 votes (9.4%), who are engaged in a fierce competition for second place. Song Ji-hyo, who was newly added to this month's roster of candidates, is currently ranked 14th with 51 votes (0.3%).

The June Netizens' Awards will serve as the first-half finals. Public attention is focused not only on whether the established frontrunners will maintain their positions, but also on the impact of the newly joined candidates. In particular, Song Ji-hyo recently appeared on the Coupang Play variety show 'SNL Korea,' drawing significant attention by showcasing her trademark honest and cheerful energy alongside bold comedic acting.

Having built a familiar public image by seamlessly crossing between variety shows and acting for a long time, it remains to be seen whether Song Ji-hyo can rally her fans' support in this vote to create a new dynamic. Due to the nature of the first-half finals, the possibility of ranking changes remains open until the very end, making the potential for a rebound by lower-ranked candidates another intriguing aspect to watch.
