Unitest announced on the 12th that it has signed a major supply contract worth 60 billion KRW related to the construction of a solar power plant in the Guam area. This contract exceeds half of the company's recent revenue and is expected to have a positive impact on its future financial performance.

The exact contract amount is 60,008,043,205 KRW, excluding value-added tax. This figure accounts for 54.52% of Unitest's consolidated revenue for 2025, which stands at 110,195,025,305 KRW.

The contracting parties are four entities: PRU Tamuning LLC, PRU Barrigada LLC, PRU Malojloj LLC, and PRU Pulantat LLC. Their primary business is construction consulting, and Unitest stated that it has not executed any similar contracts with these clients over the past three years.

The project site is Guam, and the contract period runs from June 11, 2026, to December 31, 2028. The contract order date is also June 11, 2026. Payments will be made through an advance payment and a phased installment system. Specifically, the payment will be divided into an advance payment, a 20% first installment, a 40% second installment, and a 40% third installment and final balance. This project will be carried out using a combination of in-house and outsourced production methods.

Unitest explained the USD exchange rate application standard, stating, "The contract amount was calculated by applying the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage middle rate of 1,522.40 KRW per USD to the 39,464,288 USD amount on the contract signing date of June 11, 2026." Additionally, the company added, "Contract conditions, including the contract amount and period, may change depending on future progress."
