Enchem announced on the 15th that, through a board resolution, it has decided to extend the debt guarantee period for an existing loan of its U.S. entity, Enchem America., INC.

This debt guarantee pertains to funds borrowed by the subsidiary from 'Bank of Hope,' and is an extension of the maturity of an existing debt rather than an additional guarantee for a new loan.

The specific loan subject to the guarantee amounts to USD 30,000,000, with the guarantee amount totaling 45.612 billion won. This is equivalent to 9.48% of Enchem's equity capital (481.09683 billion won). The guarantee period runs from June 13, 2026, to September 13, 2026.

Regarding this decision, Enchem explained that it was "regarding the extension of the period for the existing debt of the subsidiary Enchem America., INC."

Including this guarantee, Enchem's total outstanding debt guarantee balance was calculated at 156.06731 billion won. Meanwhile, the debt amount and the total outstanding debt guarantee balance were calculated using the first published base exchange rate of the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage (1,520.40 won per dollar) as of June 15, 2026.

Enchem's equity capital is a figure based on the equity capital from the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025, reflecting changes in capital and capital surplus up to the date on which the reason for disclosure arose. Two outside directors and an auditor (audit committee member) attended the board meeting held on this day to deliberate on the agenda.
