Gaon Transmission Line announced through a regulatory filing that it held a board of directors meeting on June 16, 2026, and approved a free share issue agenda to newly issue 13,234,492 common shares. All three outside directors and the auditor attended this board meeting.

Issue Size and Par Value: The total number of newly issued shares is 13,234,492, and the par value of the new shares is 5,000 won. The total number of common shares before the free share issue is 16,543,115. • Allocation Ratio: Existing shareholders will be allocated 0.8 new shares for each share they hold. • Source of Funds: For this capital increase, 66.17 billion won from share premium within capital surplus will be utilized. • Record Date and Dividend Commencement Date: The record date for new share allocation is July 1, 2026, and the dividend commencement date is January 1, 2026. The company plans to carry out the capital increase targeting shareholders registered on the shareholder registry as of the record date. • Listing and Fractional Share Handling: The scheduled listing date for the new shares is July 23, 2026, which may change through consultation with relevant authorities.
