LG CNS is making a full-scale entry into the enterprise work automation market. The company has unveiled its desktop-based agentic AI service, 'a:xink Claw,' aiming to strengthen its competitiveness as an enterprise AI that performs actual tasks beyond simple chatbots.
Unveiled at the 'a:xink Rise' Event on the 11th
LG CNS introduced a:xink Claw at the 'a:xink Rise' event held on the 11th at the Sebitseom Floating Island Convention in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
a:xink Claw is a desktop-based agentic AI solution that analyzes emails, ERP systems, databases (DB), documents, and internal business systems to automatically perform necessary tasks when users issue commands in natural language.
Hybrid PC-Server AI Architecture… Enhanced Security
The service is designed with a hybrid architecture that combines AI running on the user's PC with the server-based agentic AI platform 'a:xink Worx.' While Claw links the PC with business systems to execute actual tasks, the server's AI agent handles data analysis, decision-making support, and business process management.
Security has also been strengthened. The service allows users to review and manage the history of tasks performed by the AI, and includes features to prevent internal information from being leaked externally.
180-Minute Task Reduced to 10 Minutes
According to LG CNS, a:xink Claw demonstrated significant effectiveness in reducing repetitive task time. For creating project operation reports, the solution automated the entire process—from data collection and organization to generating tables and charts, writing analysis comments, reviewing, and sending—reducing a task that previously took about 180 minutes to approximately 10 minutes.
IT Operations Automation Platform Also Scheduled for Launch
LG CNS also plans to launch 'a:xink IT Service Manager,' an agentic AI-based IT operations platform. This platform automates IT operational tasks such as processing service requests, incident response, operational reporting, and manual management. It also enables companies to modify their operational processes using natural language commands without additional coding.
a:xink has now expanded into a full-stack AI platform built on a total of 11 modules, including Worx, Translator, Worx M, Connect ON, Device, Meet Up, Pass, Doc, and Chat.
LG CNS plans to further evolve the platform into an agentic AI workplace platform that supports overall enterprise operations by integrating global communication support features utilizing Translator, in addition to PC and internal system automation capabilities.
Lee Seung-chan, Executive Vice President and Head of the Digital AX Business Division at LG CNS, said, "a:xink Claw and a:xink IT Service Manager are enterprise AI solutions that go beyond simple Q&A chatbots by directly connecting to PCs and internal business systems to perform actual tasks. We will continuously support technological advancement and work innovation so that companies can create new value through AI."
