HLB is holding an investor relations (IR) session for major domestic and international institutional investors as part of efforts to boost its corporate value.

According to an HLB regulatory filing on the 18th, the decision to hold the IR was finalized on the same day. The session will take place in Seoul on the 22nd from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., targeting institutional investors. The event will be held in a "Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR)" format, meaning it will not be accompanied by fundraising activities such as a rights offering.

The company stated that the purpose of the event is to enhance investors' understanding of the company and ultimately improve its corporate value. The IR session will include detailed presentations on HLB's key business operations, followed by a question-and-answer (Q&A) session with investors.
