Maeum AI announced in a regulatory filing on the 19th that it has signed a supply contract worth 1.12 billion KRW (11,208,073,000 won) with Doosan Bobcat for a 'VLA-based Loader E2E Autonomous Solution PoC (Proof of Concept).'

This contract is a tripartite agreement involving Doosan Bobcat Inc. and its 100% owned subsidiary, Doosan Bobcat North America (DBNA). The supply region is South Korea, and the contract period runs from June 17 to December 9, 2026. The contract (order) date is June 19, 2026.

The contract amount represents 11.45% of the company's consolidated revenue of 9.78 billion KRW (978,636,114,200 won) for 2025. Under this agreement, Maeum AI will carry out the VLA (Vision-Language-Action) based Loader E2E Autonomous Solution PoC.

Payment will be made in installments based on the achievement of project milestones. Specifically, 30% of the contract amount will be paid at project initiation (M1), 15% each upon reaching M2 and M3, and 40% upon reaching the final stage, M4. The 30% advance payment is expected to be received within 30 days of contract signing.
