■ Safe Asset Outlook Meanwhile, attention is focused on the future trend of safe assets as the United States and Iran concluded their first-round ceasefire negotiations in Switzerland. Some analysts project that gold prices may continue to fluctuate for the time being depending on the value of the dollar and interest rate forecasts. However, if central banks' steady purchases and uncertainties surrounding the global economy persist, there is also speculation that safe asset demand will be maintained and a medium- to long-term upward trend may continue.
