Femtron has signed a semiconductor inspection equipment supply contract worth 5 billion KRW with the Malaysian subsidiary of global memory semiconductor company Micron.

On the 23rd, Femtron announced through a regulatory filing that it had entered into a semiconductor inspection equipment supply agreement with 'Micron Memory Malaysia SDN. BHD.,' a memory semiconductor manufacturer and distributor.

Contract Amount and Financial Impact The total contract amount is 4,998,703,500 KRW. This accounts for 7.16% of the company's revenue on a consolidated financial statement basis for 2025 (69,861,835,068 KRW) and is expected to have a positive impact on Femtron's earnings.

According to the company, the supply price in U.S. dollars is 3,255,000 USD, with the KRW amount calculated by applying the exchange rate of 1,535.70 KRW per dollar, the initial base rate posted by the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on June 23, 2026.

Counterparty and Key Contract Details The recent revenue of the contract counterparty, Micron's Malaysian subsidiary, is approximately 51.903 trillion KRW. Femtron has a track record of successfully executing similar contracts with this client over the past three years.

The detailed terms of this supply contract are as follows: • Supply Region: Malaysia • Contract Period: June 22, 2026 – April 30, 2027 (The contract date is based on June 22, 2026, when the purchase order (PO) was received from the client) • Payment Terms: No deposit or advance payment; 80% within 60 days of delivery, and the remaining 20% within 60 days after inspection is completed • Execution Method: A combination of in-house and outsourced production

The company added, "The supply period and supply price may change in the future in accordance with the client's requests."
