Korea Zinc has dismissed rumors surrounding the possibility of a paid-in capital increase, which was recently raised in media reports and by some market participants, stating that it has not reviewed such a measure.
According to a related regulatory filing on the 23rd, Korea Zinc clarified its position in response to an article about a paid-in capital increase published in an economic daily the previous day (June 22).
In the filing, Korea Zinc clearly stated, "We have not reviewed the paid-in capital increase mentioned in the article." Accordingly, the company officially confirmed that it is currently neither pursuing nor considering the paid-in capital increase mentioned in the article.
