As the rebound in U.S. tech stocks continues, investor interest surrounding the unlisted space company SpaceX is surging once again. On the 8th (local time), the U.S. stock market saw the Nasdaq index close at 25,929.66, up 0.86%, while the S&P 500 index also closed higher, rising 0.30%. In contrast, the Dow Jones Industrial Average edged down slightly. With the buying momentum for tech stocks, which had contracted during the recent correction phase, reviving, assessments continue to affirm that mid- to long-term growth expectations for the artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor, and aerospace sectors remain valid.

In particular, market attention is focusing on SpaceX, the world's largest private space company led by Elon Musk. By leading the global space industry market through its reusable rocket technology and the satellite internet business 'Starlink,' SpaceX is receiving high evaluations for its potential to expand its corporate value in the future. As the expansion of the space launch services market and the competition to build low-Earth orbit satellite communication networks begin in earnest, the growth outlook for the entire related industry is also brightening.

These global trends have also impacted the domestic stock market. Aerospace and venture investment stocks directly or indirectly associated with SpaceX showed strong performance. On this day, Mirae Asset Venture Investment skyrocketed 12.06% to 42,750 won, and AJU IB Investment also rose 6.48% to 9,370 won. Kenko Aerospace, an aerospace parts manufacturer, similarly climbed 6.90%.

Experts predict that if the Nasdaq's rebound trend continues, investment sentiment centered on growth stocks could further improve. However, they also point out the need for caution regarding short-term volatility, as uncertainties such as global interest rate outlooks, economic trends, and geopolitical variables still remain.
