Actress Lee Se-hee is elevating viewers' immersion with her multi-dimensional acting in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Beautiful New World.' In the currently airing 'Beautiful New World,' Lee plays the role of Yoon Ji-hyo, South Korea's representative top star.

In the drama, Yoon Ji-hyo is a character who has maintained her position at the top for a long time, adding tension through a fierce rivalry with her competitor Shin Seo-ri (played by Lim Ji-yeon). In particular, the recently aired episode 11 revealed the hidden backstory between the two, drawing keen attention.

In this episode, Yoon Ji-hyo showed great distress upon hearing the news that Shin Seo-ri had lost consciousness in an accident and was hospitalized. During this process, she confessed the inferiority complex she had harbored since her childhood acting days, yet it was also revealed that she had secretly used her influence as a lead actress to prevent Shin Seo-ri from leaving the production, fully demonstrating her humane side. In addition, following the emotional moment, she posted a hospital visit proof shot with Shin Seo-ri on social media, adding vitality to the drama with a charm that oscillated between composure and lightheartedness.

Lee Se-hee not only delicately portrayed the complex emotional layers hidden behind her glamorous appearance but also perfectly pulled off the 'bad acting' setup within the drama, completing the multi-dimensionality of the character.

Meanwhile, SBS' 'Beautiful New World,' starring actress Lee Se-hee, airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM.
