Jeju Semiconductor (080220) surged sharply on strong buying pressure early in the session, breaking the 120,000 won level. As a result, the short-term price fluctuation range widened, triggering the Volatility Interruption (VI).

According to the securities market on the 22nd, Jeju Semiconductor's static VI was triggered at 9:16:53 a.m. and subsequently lifted at 9:19:14 a.m.

As of 9:44 a.m., Jeju Semiconductor is trading at 125,200 won, up 10,900 won (9.54%) from the previous trading day.

It is interpreted that the static VI was triggered due to concentrated buying pressure that poured in immediately after the market opened. Market attention is focused on whether today's bullish trend can be sustained until the market close, and whether the stock price can stabilize at the 120,000 won level.
