This contract amount represents a massive order, equivalent to 172.09% of the company's consolidated sales for 2025 (93.8325 billion KRW). The contract period is from June 8, 2026, to December 28, 2030, and the client was not disclosed due to a request for trade secret protection. The contract consists of a total of four purchase orders: two for equipment supply and two for services, including equipment installation. Payments are divided into equipment and service costs. Equipment costs will be paid in installments of a 30% advance payment, a 40% first interim payment, a 20% second interim payment, and a 10% final balance. Service costs will be paid with a 20% advance payment, a 30% first interim payment, a 30% second interim payment, and a 20% final balance. The contract amount is 104,655,821 USD, converted to KRW by applying the initial announced exchange rate of 1,543 KRW per USD on the contract date of June 8, 2026. Related information will be withheld from disclosure until December 28, 2030, at the request of the client. The company explained that the contract amount and period may change depending on future progress and consultations with relevant authorities, and a corrective disclosure will be made in the event of any changes. Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange suspended trading of Hana Technology's common shares from 3:13 p.m. on the 9th until the market close, following the disclosure of the single sales and supply contract.
