Girl group STAYC is set to meet global fans with a fresh and confident charm through their sixth single.
According to their agency High Up Entertainment, STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J) will release their new single '2:LOVE' on various online music platforms at 6 PM on the 16th.
This album captures the excitement, anxiety, and moments of certainty in the face of love with STAYC's signature bright and confident energy.
The title track '2 L0VE' is a pop dance song inspired by the tennis score 'two-love (2:0).' Based on synth sounds, the song stands out with its witty lyrics that compare the feeling of falling in love to a tennis match and its refreshing atmosphere. The previously released music video teaser also maximized anticipation for the comeback with the members' vibrant visuals, which perfectly suit the summer, paired with a lively beat.
This album includes a total of four tracks that capture various emotional perspectives on love: the title track, 'WHERE YOU AT?' filled with excitement, 'SORRY' which wittily expresses moments of love, and 'BEAT MY LOVE' which depicts changes in emotions.
Having solidified their 'Teen-fresh (Teen+Fresh)' appeal with hit songs such as 'ASAP,' 'Teddy Bear,' and 'Bubble,' STAYC plans to expand their musical spectrum through this new release with more mature emotions and honest storytelling.
Meanwhile, following the album release, STAYC will launch full-scale global activities by holding their 2026 fan concert tour 'STAY CLOSER,' starting with concerts in Seoul on August 22 and 23, and continuing through Manila, Macao, Taipei, Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney.
