SNCIS announced in a regulatory filing on the 10th that it has signed an equipment supply contract with Hanwha Ocean for Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers (LNGC).

The total value of this contract is 14,019,020,000 KRW. This amount accounts for 9.71% of SNCIS's most recent consolidated sales revenue (144,425,340,000 KRW) for 2025. In USD, the total contract value is 9,065,000 USD, with the KRW amount calculated by applying the base exchange rate on the contract date of June 9, 2026 (1,546.50 KRW per 1 USD).

The contracting party, Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd. (main business: ships and offshore plants), has a track record of executing similar contracts over the past three years. The contract period is from June 9, 2026, to March 21, 2028. Payment will be made 100% upon completion of delivery, with no conditions for a down payment or advance payment. The production method will combine in-house and outsourced production.

SNCIS added, "Due to the nature of the shipbuilding industry, the supply of equipment proceeds according to the ship construction schedule, so the contract amount and period may be subject to change during the future process."

Meanwhile, the contract end date was recorded based on the latest delivery date among the purchase orders (PO) received from the contracting party, and the contract signing date and the contract start date were written based on the date the purchase orders were received.
