Taesung announced on the 8th that it has signed a PCB automation equipment supply contract worth 60.8 billion won with an overseas agent.

The total contract amount is 60.7942 billion won, which accounts for 16.06% of the company's 2025 consolidated sales revenue (37.85924 billion won).

The contracting party is an overseas agent whose main business is the sale of industrial equipment and technical support. However, the specific company name and supply region were not disclosed at the request of trade secret protection.

The contract period is from June 8, 2026, to April 10, 2028. The payment terms proceed in a total of 4 stages as follows:

• Within 10 business days after contract signing: 30%
• Within 10 business days after receiving the equipment: 30%
• Within 10 business days after equipment installation and the start of production: 30%
• Within 10 business days after final inspection is completed: 10%

The company stated, "The contract amount is 3.94 million USD, and it was converted to KRW by applying the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage base rate of 1,543 won on June 8, 2026."

Additionally, the company added that the contract end date was calculated based on the final scheduled shipment date (December 10, 2026), reflecting an installation period of 1 month, a final inspection period of 3 months, and a defect warranty period of 12 months, and that it may change depending on the actual delivery schedule.
