Woojin I&S announced in a regulatory filing on the 22nd that it has signed a construction contract worth KRW 15.2 billion with SK Ecoplant Co., Ltd.

The project won this time is the 'Yongin Cluster Phase 1 Ph-2 OBL Ph-2 HVAC & Fire Protection Works-1.' The total contract amount is 15,251,000,000 won (KRW 15.251 billion, excluding value-added tax), and the construction will be carried out in South Korea. This amounts to 9.27% of Woojin I&S's most recent consolidated revenue for 2025 (KRW 164.457 billion).

The construction period is from June 17, 2026, to December 31, 2027, and the contract payments are scheduled to be billed and paid according to the progress of the work. The official contract date is June 22, 2026, based on the date of the electronic contract.

The company stated, "The contract amount excludes value-added tax, and both the contract amount and contract period may change during the course of construction."
