Mirae Industry has signed a supply contract for semiconductor inspection equipment worth 15.4 billion KRW with a client based in China.

According to Mirae Industry on the 1st, the company signed the semiconductor inspection equipment supply contract with its Chinese client, YILING TRADING. The total value of this contract is 15,422,830,000 KRW, a large-scale achievement representing 30.37% of the company's consolidated sales revenue (50,777,870,000 KRW) in 2025.

The supply region is China, and the contract period runs from June 1, 2026, to December 15, 2026. The total contract scale in USD is 10,260,000 USD (10,260,000 USD), and as it is an overseas export transaction, value-added tax is not included. The contracting party, YILING TRADING, has no special relationship with Mirae Industry.

Payment will be made with no down payment, under the terms of receiving 70% before shipment and the remaining 30% after final approval.

The company stated, "The contract amount was calculated by applying the base exchange rate for buying and selling (1 USD = 1,503.20 KRW) on the order date of June 1, 2026," and added, "The contract amount and period may change in the future according to consultations with the client."
