Major U.S. financial firm Charles Schwab plans to introduce a cryptocurrency spot trading feature for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) on its custody platform as early as next year.

Global media outlet Citywire reported the news. Regarding this, Nate Geraci, CEO of asset management firm Novadius Wealth Management, pointed out on X that "Schwab currently manages over $5 trillion in advisory assets," explaining the impact of this move.
