Netmarble announced that it will operate the first pop-up store for the monster-taming action RPG <Mongil: STAR DIVE> at Starfield Hanam from June 3 to 7. This event will be held in collaboration with Starfield at the 1st-floor Central Atrium of Starfield Hanam.
Various interactive contents, such as 'Monstering Touch! Catch!', 'Monstering of the Day', and the 'Mongil Popularity Vote', will be prepared at the pop-up store. Participants can collect coins through the events and exchange them for various prizes. In addition, official <Mongil: STAR DIVE> merchandise will be sold on-site. At this pop-up store, new merchandise such as 'SD Acrylic Diorama' and 'LD Acrylic Stand' will be unveiled for the first time, and the 'Yaongi Cushion', which was highly popular at global events like G-Star and the Tokyo Game Show, will also be available for purchase.
At the special demo zone, visitors will be able to directly experience the action combat of <Mongil: STAR DIVE> using the portable gaming PC 'ROG Ally'.
Meanwhile, <Mongil: STAR DIVE> is a sequel to 'Monster Taming', released in 2013. Based on Unreal Engine 5, it offers high-quality characters and story direction. It features a monster capture, collection, and synthesis system, along with 3-player party real-time tag play and thrilling combat action.
A Netmarble representative stated, “As this is the first pop-up store we are holding since the launch of <Mongil: STAR DIVE>, we have prepared a variety of interactive content and official merchandise,” adding, “We hope many users visit the site, create special memories, and have an enjoyable time.”
