On the 1st, it was announced that Haneum Day Care Center (CEO Jin Yeong-rak), a home welfare facility corporation based in Busan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ieum Caregiver Training Center (Director Ji Chang-ho) to establish a cooperative system for training professional care workers and linking field practicum.

This agreement was arranged to systematically train professional caregiving personnel within the local community and to improve the quality of long-term care services. The two institutions plan to cooperate to provide practical training opportunities for prospective care workers to experience actual senior welfare sites and to strengthen practice-oriented education.

Providing visiting care and day care services throughout Busan, Haneum Day Care Center contributes to improving local senior welfare by operating customized care services and cognitive function improvement programs that take into account the individual characteristics and health conditions of the elderly.

According to the agreement, the two institutions will promote mutual cooperation in the following areas:

△ Support for field practicum of care worker trainees △ Operation of practice-oriented education programs △ Training of caregiving talent in the local community △ Enhancement of expertise in long-term care services

In particular, they plan to actively support trainees to increase their field adaptability and practical capabilities by directly experiencing the elderly caregiving process at actual long-term care sites, enabling them to grow into professional care workers.
