Neurophet announced on the 10th that it has signed a contract to supply its brain image analysis software with the Gwangju Dementia Cohort Study Group. Under this agreement, Neurophet will provide licenses for its brain image analysis software, 'Neurophet AQUA' and 'Neurophet SCALE PET,' and perform related analysis support. The contract amount is 450 million won, excluding value-added tax. This amount accounts for 17.21% of Neurophet's most recent revenue of 261,508,516 won, calculated on a consolidated basis at the end of 2025. The contract period is approximately three years, from June 10, 2026, to June 9, 2029. The contract fee will be paid in installments annually over a total of four payments, with no advance payment. The contracting party, the Gwangju Dementia Cohort Study Group, is a national research institute (non-profit corporation) that conducts research projects related to dementia cohort studies and brain image analysis. It was confirmed that there is no history of executing similar contracts between Neurophet and the institute over the past three years. Neurophet explained, "Contract conditions, such as the contract amount and contract period, may change depending on future progress."
