RF Systems announced on the 8th that it has signed a supply contract with LIG Defense & Aerospace for environmental control units for the CIWS-II (Close-In Weapon System).

The total contract amount is 6.86149 billion won. This accounts for 17.97% of RF Systems' 2025 standalone revenue of 38.17436 billion won. The contracting party, LIG Defense & Aerospace, is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, maintenance, and sales of defense materials, with a 2025 consolidated revenue of approximately 4.3069 trillion won.

The supply region is South Korea, and the contract period is from June 5, 2026, to October 1, 2029. This contract involves the delivery of environmental control units for the CIWS-II produced by RF Systems, and it has been confirmed that there is no separate down payment or advance payment.

The company explained, "The contract amount excludes value-added tax," and added, "The details of the contract may change depending on future progress."
