Cmes Robotics will supply robot automation equipment worth 22.8 billion won to Seoheung.

According to Cmes Robotics on the 15th, the company signed a single sales and supply contract to deliver robot automation equipment to Seoheung Inc. The confirmed contract amount is 1,493,574 USD, and when converted to Korean won using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's initial posted exchange rate (1 USD = 1,527 KRW) on the contract date of June 12, 2026, the contract amount totals 2,280,687,498 won.

This contract size accounts for 17.47% of Cmes Robotics' revenue (13,056,154,094 won) based on its consolidated financial statements at the end of fiscal year 2025. The counterparty, Seoheung, has a recent revenue of 485,788,611,215 won and primarily operates in the export and trade businesses. The regulatory filing stated that there is no special relationship between the two companies.

The contract period runs from June 12, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The end date is based on the date the goods become available for shipment after export packaging is completed, which falls after the receipt of the interim payment. Payment will be made in the following manner: a 40% advance payment upon contract signing, a 50% interim payment prior to shipment, and a 10% balance after test operation is completed.

Additionally, the company noted that key terms, such as the contract amount and contract period, may be subject to change during the future implementation process.
