Spear announced on the 15th that it has signed a major contract to supply special alloy raw materials to a global aerospace launch vehicle company based in the United States.

The contract value totals 22.256 billion won (14.575 million dollars). This amount accounts for 23.27% of the company's consolidated revenue (9.563 billion won) for the 2025 fiscal year. The company explained that the amount was converted to Korean won using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's initial posted exchange rate on June 12, 2026 (1 dollar = 1,527 won).

The counterparty was disclosed as a U.S.-based global aerospace launch vehicle company, but the company name, recent revenue, relationship with Spear, and delivered items were not disclosed at the counterparty's request to protect trade secrets. However, it was confirmed that Spear has a track record of executing similar contracts with this company within the past three years.

The contract runs from June 12, 2026, to July 21, 2026. There is no down payment or advance payment, and payment is to be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

The company stated that the contract end date is a scheduled date reflecting the expected payment receipt schedule after delivery, and that the delivery date may change depending on raw material supply conditions. If the relevant schedule changes in the future, a corrective disclosure will be made.
