Orbitek has won a KRW 5.5 billion service contract from Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) for the maintenance of disaster prevention environmental monitoring equipment.

Orbitek announced on the 18th through a voluntary disclosure that it signed a contract with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. for the 'Calibration and Maintenance Service for Disaster Prevention Environmental Monitoring Equipment.'

The contract amount is KRW 5,570,517,364, excluding value-added tax (VAT). This figure represents 9.61% of Orbitek's most recent revenue (KRW 5,790,851,388) based on the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025.

The contract period spans approximately three years, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, and the service will be performed using in-house production methods. According to the disclosure, there is no separate contract deposit or advance payment.

Meanwhile, it was confirmed that Orbitek has a track record of successfully executing similar contracts with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power within the past three years.
