Wonil T&I announced on the 22nd that it has signed a contract worth KRW 11.3 billion with Korea Gas Technology Corporation for the fabrication and installation of hydrogen extraction and utility facilities.

The contract amount of KRW 11.3 billion, excluding value-added tax, represents 38.15% of the company's revenue (KRW 29.61665 billion) based on its standalone financial statements as of the end of 2025, making it a significant achievement.

The details of the contract are as follows: • Supply region: Boryeong, South Chungcheong Province • Contract period: June 22, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Payment will be made in a total of four stages. First, an advance payment of 30% will be received within 30 days of the contract signing. Subsequently, 40% will be paid upon completion of factory inspection, 20% upon completion of test operations and KGS licensing, and the remaining 10% upon completion of performance testing and approval of completion documentation.

The company added that the specific details of the contract and the delivery end date may be changed through consultation with the contracting party depending on future progress.
