HEM Pharma announced in a regulatory filing on the 24th that it has signed a new probiotics product supply contract with access business group, a manufacturer and distributor of health food and consumer goods.

The total contract value amounts to 4,634,589,030 KRW, which is equivalent to 35.71% of the company's consolidated revenue (12,979,352,490 KRW) based on its fiscal year ending December 2025. The company explained that this amount corresponds to approximately USD 3,017,900, converted to Korean won using the initial base exchange rate of the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage (1,535.70 KRW per USD) on the purchase order receipt date of June 23, 2026.

Under this contract, HEM Pharma plans to supply new probiotics products to both domestic and overseas markets through a combination of in-house and outsourced production.

The contract period runs from June 23, 2026, to October 9, 2026. Payment will be made within 60 days from the invoice receipt date, with no separate deposit or advance payment.

Meanwhile, the company added that the contract amount and period may change depending on future progress.
