Mirae Industry has signed a KRW 2.7 billion supply contract for semiconductor inspection equipment with Chinese memory semiconductor company Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC).

According to Mirae Industry on the 15th, the counterparty to this contract is China's Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (YMTC), and it was disclosed that there is no special relationship with Mirae Industry.

This contract is an overseas export deal with a total value of USD 1,772,190, excluding value-added tax. Applying the base exchange rate as of June 12, 2026 (1 USD = KRW 1,527), the contract amount converted to Korean won is KRW 2,706,134,130. This represents 5.33% of Mirae Industry's revenue (KRW 50,777,866,585) on its 2025 consolidated financial statements.

The contract (order) date and contract period run from June 12, 2026 to August 31 of the same year. The contract payment is to be made within 60 days of final approval, with no separate down payment or advance payment. The company added that the contract amount and period may change in the future subject to consultation with the client.
