On the 10th, DI Inc. announced through a regulatory filing that it has signed a semiconductor inspection equipment supply contract with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. The supply region is South Korea, and the contract period is from June 9, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contract amount is 72,488,520,000 won, which accounts for 16.8% of the company's recent consolidated sales revenue of 432.293 billion won in 2025. The payment conditions dictate that 90% of the contract amount will be received as an interim payment within 10 days of delivery, and the remaining 10% balance will be paid within 10 days after the completion of inspection. There are no separate contract deposits or advance payments. The company explained, "The stated contract amount excludes Value-Added Tax (VAT)," and added, "The recent sales revenue is based on the 2025 consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS)." Furthermore, the company added, "The contract (order received) date is the date of receipt of our Purchase Order (P/O)."
