Doosan Enerbility has won a power plant construction project worth approximately 528.9 billion won in the Duqm region of Oman.

According to Doosan Enerbility on the 15th, the company signed an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for the 'Duqm Independent Power Project' with the local power generation company Coastal Power SAOC. The exact contract amount is 528,899,503,720 won, which is equivalent to 3.1% of the company's consolidated revenue of 17,057,876,465,803 won based on its year-end 2025 consolidated financial statements.

The contract period runs from June 12, 2026, to April 1, 2029. The start date is based on the date of signing the EPC contract, and the end date is based on the Plant Commercial Operation Date.

Payment will be claimed and disbursed according to construction progress, and it was disclosed that there is no down payment or advance payment. The company explained that the contract amount was calculated by applying the initial announced exchange rate on the contract date of June 12, 2026.

The contract value in foreign currency amounts to 157.12 million USD and 163.396 million EUR, and the contract amount excludes value-added tax (VAT). Additionally, the company noted that the contract amount and period may be subject to change in the future as the project progresses.
