According to a report by the virtual asset-focused media outlet Decrypt, the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the European Banking Authority (EBA) for stablecoin regulation.

Based on this agreement, the two agencies plan to engage in active administrative cooperation, including the sharing of relevant information that can provide practical assistance in regulating stablecoins.
