Spear announced in a regulatory filing on the 8th that it has signed a special alloy supply contract with a global US aerospace launch company.

The total contract value is 22,900,189,732 KRW. Converted at the first announced exchange rate of the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on June 8, 2026 (1,543 KRW per USD), this amounts to 14,842,449.60 USD, which equates to 23.95% of the company's 2025 consolidated revenue (95,638,566,409 KRW).

The contract period is from June 6, 2026, to December 9, 2026, and the supply region is overseas. The products will be manufactured through an outsourced production method, and payments are scheduled to be made within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Spear stated that it has a track record of fulfilling similar contracts with the same client over the past three years.

The company did not disclose detailed information, such as the company name and the supplied items, upon the counterparty's request to protect trade secrets. Additionally, the company explained that the disclosed contract end date is a scheduled date reflecting the expected timeline for receiving payments after delivery, adding that it will issue a correction disclosure if the schedule changes in the future.
