Sanil Electric announced on the 22nd that it has signed a supply contract worth 42.59465 billion won with a European company for energy storage systems (BESS) and transformers for renewable energy.

This contract, valued at 24.395 million euros (approximately 42.59465 billion won), represents a significant order amounting to 8.49% of the company's recent revenue (501.94622 billion won). The won-equivalent amount was calculated using the exchange rate as of the business day prior to the contract date of June 20, 2026 (1,746.04 won per euro), and the contract amount does not include value-added tax (VAT).

The supply region is Europe, and the contract period runs from June 19, 2026, to December 7, 2031. According to the company, the contract start date is based on the purchase order (PO) issuance date, while the end date is set at the conclusion of the warranty contract. Additionally, the amount and duration may be subject to change depending on the progress of the contract.

Meanwhile, the counterparty was disclosed only as 'a European company' in accordance with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. The reason for withholding the disclosure is a business confidentiality matter, and the confidentiality period has been set until December 7, 2031.
