Group EPEX reveals their extraordinary aspirations with the release of their seventh mini album, 'Pavilion: Epilogue,' completed through the active participation of all members.
EPEX will release their 7th mini album, 'Pavilion: Epilogue,' through various online music sites on the 9th at 6:00 PM. The recently released album production diary on their official social media and YouTube channels showcases their actual work process alongside their upgraded confidence.
The biggest characteristic of this album is the members' unprecedented level of participation. Keum, Baekseung, and Aiden participated in writing and composing all the tracks, including the title song 'ECHO.' Furthermore, Mu contributed to styling concept work, Wish and Amin participated in choreography creation, and Yewang took on directing roles, elevating the overall quality of the album.
Regarding this album, EPEX defined it as "a period mark placed by our own hands on the journey of the 'Pavilion' series that we have continued over the past two years." They shared their thoughts, stating that unlike the past where they simply digested what was given to them, having created many parts directly brings them a distinct sense of pride and responsibility.
The stories of the members, who each put in effort in their own ways to produce a great result, also draw attention. Baekseung focused on collaboration through feedback with the members, while Aiden pondered over the rap elements to enhance the mood of the songs. Keum continued to challenge himself through prolific output, and Yewang concentrated on directing that highlighted the members' personalities and practicing breath control for live performances. Additionally, Mu focused on fashion that visualized the core keyword of 'liberation,' while Wish and Amin poured their efforts into creating choreography that suited the songs. Leader Wish emphasized their "solid teamwork that communicates even without speaking."
EPEX expressed their desire to deliver dreams, hope, and comfort to their fans through this album. In particular, they introduced the title track 'ECHO' as the 2.0 version of their debut song 'Lock Down,' heightening expectations for their new transformation. Along with this, they promised to continue growing even after the conclusion of the series.
Meanwhile, the 7th mini album 'Pavilion: Epilogue,' which is highly anticipated due to EPEX's all-around participation, will be released on various online music sites on the 9th at 6:00 PM.
