Kim Min-seok of the group MeloMance will release his new digital single album 'Summer House Part 1 (上)' on various online music sites at 6:00 PM on the 5th, embarking on his full-fledged solo activities.

This new release encapsulates Kim Min-seok's unique literary sensibility and musical color, conveying the lyrical atmosphere and diverse narrative of an early summer night. The album's first title track, 'Goodbye (Sayonara),' is characterized by lyrics filled with analog emotion, expressing the faint longing of a breakup. Another title track, 'Milky Way,' along with the b-side track 'Summer Letter,' also comforts listeners' hearts with a lyrical writing style containing heartfelt confessions.

For this album, Kim Min-seok participated in writing the lyrics for 'Milky Way' and 'Summer Letter,' and also co-composed 'Summer Letter,' demonstrating his capabilities as a musician. Producer Gooreum took charge of producing all the tracks, achieving a detailed harmony with Kim Min-seok's vocals and completing the album's musical narrative.

Prior to the release, Kim Min-seok built a close bond with fans by holding an analog-style 'ARS listening event' and heightened expectations for the new songs by releasing short-form teaser videos through official social media channels.

Having been recognized for his vocal prowess and musicality through his activities with MeloMance and solo music releases, Kim Min-seok previously won the Bonsang (Main Prize) in the Digital Song category at the '37th Golden Disc Awards.' Furthermore, by singing OSTs for several hit dramas and performing in musicals, he solidified his position as a versatile entertainer, winning the Male Newcomer Award at the '9th Korea Musical Awards.' Attention is focused on the new musical direction Kim Min-seok will showcase through this album, having built up his inner strength while crossing various genres.
