Keyeast announced through a public disclosure on the 10th that it has signed an outsourced production contract with the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) for the new drama 'Sleeping Doctor'. The total contract amount is 5.52 billion KRW, which accounts for 35.16% of the company's recent sales revenue of 15.70178 billion KRW. Under this agreement, Keyeast will independently produce 'Sleeping Doctor' as a 12-episode weekend drama, with each episode running for 70 minutes. The contract period is from June 10, 2026, to June 15, 2027. Regarding the specific conditions for settling the production costs, the contract amount per episode is 460 million KRW, which will be paid within the 15th day of the month following the broadcast's conclusion. In particular, an advance payment of 4 billion KRW has been agreed upon for signing the contract and is scheduled to be paid on June 15, 2026. Separately, additional revenues generated from sponsorships, indirect advertising (PPL), virtual advertisements, and OST music will be settled later. Keyeast explained, "The program's title, broadcast schedule, and format may be subject to change depending on the broadcaster's circumstances, and the contract amount, which excludes value-added tax, may also be subject to future adjustments."
