Broadcaster and caster Jeon Hyeon-mu and commentator Lee Young-pyo, who have joined the KBS North and Central American World Cup broadcasting team, will pair up for their first live football broadcast.

KBS 2TV will broadcast a friendly match between the Czech Republic and Guatemala live at 8:50 a.m. on June 5. This match holds significant meaning as it is the last official friendly where the strength of the Czech Republic, South Korea's first opponent in World Cup Group A, can be assessed.

This broadcast marks the stage where Jeon Hyeon-mu and commentator Lee Young-pyo, both born in 1977, will work together for a full match for the first time. Jeon Hyeon-mu aims to differentiate himself from traditional sports broadcasts with his popular hosting style and quick wit, while commentator Lee Young-pyo will add sharp tactical analysis to create perfect synergy.
