These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using CBC Globe, operated byOperated by CBC Media. All users of the site are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

CBC Globe is an English-language news service that converts and adapts articles from CBC News (cbci.co.kr) for a global audience. CBC Globe and CBC News (cbci.co.kr) are operated by the same company, CBC Media. The company may change or discontinue the service without prior notice.

Copyright in all content published on the site belongs to CBC Media. Users may view the site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following acts are prohibited without the company's express written consent:

  • Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or publishing all or part of the content
  • Using the content for commercial purposes
  • Modifying the content or creating derivative works
  • Collecting content through automated means, including crawlers or bots

When a news outlet or blog quotes part of an article, the source must be clearly attributed.
